I have a number of places for more direct communication with my supporters. Generally speaking, this refers to pay-gated content in which I express more private thoughts, editorialized opinions, and works-in-progress.
Shame Soiree is my metaverse platform that aims to connect all my projects as a content creator together. Its paid Apple Podcast subscription perks are the closest you’re going to get to a traditional audio-only fan club as it provides commentary from me as a person and as an artist. Plus, you’ll get Bonus Banter from the Memetic Rhetoric podcast and other shows on that my apple podcast channel in the future.
VIP
In order to facilitate more efficient (and creative) user access control for my content, I have decided to use cryptographic tokenized assets. I have a handful of websites where you will find them fungible. These assets exist on different networks, but they all grant similar access to my VIP content across WordPress and elsewhere.
Getting started, I would suggest MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet for novitiates to the distributed web space. If you’re not into extensions, Brave Browser has these services built in. (My websites and social media are compatible with Brave’s tipping mechanism by the way.)
To start, visit my ERC1155 listing on my Rarible profile. Then you will need to purchase 10 of them to access the default tier of VIP content.
Browsing the site with those tokens effectively logs you in to the VIP page, where you will find exclusive videos, pictures, various unhinged thoughts, and things I don’t want randos peeking through.
Some content might be gated by other tokens and not the Scarlet Death VIP asset. Some assets might be unique and will come with their own pages hosting thank you notes, and lore dumps related to the content the asset is centered around.
I use a plugin that utilizes Lit Protocol that allows me encrypt posts behind my Ethereum, Polygon, and Matic tokens.

While I maintain an online presence on many sites with recurring payment methods, I would prefer to have my own insular self-moderated discussion spaces.
